While the genesis of the DocuSource philosophy and business expertise began in 1985, DocuSource as a legal entity is less than 10 years old. Anchored by a fleet of production printers, including the Xerox iGen3 and Canon 7000 Digital Color Presses, your DocuSource offers extensive bindery, fulfillment and distribution services, as well as a new Web-to-Print solution, DS Dashboard, to help our customers win new business and create marketing and POP packages with personalization—on our website—online and on time.

Each employee has at least two years of industry experience and a proven track record of outstanding performance. This experience combined with the latest digital technology from Xerox, Canon, Rimage and Duplo results in the highest quality printed product in the industry. DocuSource is fully committed to developing and employing new technologies to streamline and improve the print and buying process.

Today, DocuSource is your full-service resource for printing and communication materials, having grown from a small digital printer to an on-demand powerhouse. Adele Fine and Kathy Murchison founded the first generation of your DocuSource named Plain Paper Solutions in 1990. It became an award-winning small company in Research Triangle Park, N.C., culminating in its sale to IKON Office Solutions in 1997. After a short break, DocuSource was formed in 2001. Gregg Cowan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Michael Chorba, Senior Vice President, both rejoined Fine and Murchison in 2002.

DocuSource now offers print, CD/DVD, large format color, offset printing and extensive Enterprise Services.  Your DocuSource is a preferred supply partner for Fortune 500 companies including Allscripts, Progress Energy, PPD Pharma and BlueCross BlueShield, as well as many regional companies such as Family Health International and Duke University.
