DocuSource Continues Support of Triangle Community
Sponsoring Triangle Girls Golf Activities
RTP, N.C. (August 20, 2009)—DocuSource of NC, LLC (www.docusourceofnc.com), a full service resource for printing and communication materials, announces today that the company is sponsoring Triangle LPGA-USGA Girls Golf (www.trianglegirlsgolf.com). DocuSource's contributions include financially supporting golf workshops and donating equipment. Kathy Murchison, president and CEO of DocuSource of NC, LLC also serves on the board of directors.
TGG is a nonprofit organization providing opportunities for girls, ages 7 to 17, to learn to play golf, build lasting friendships and experience competition in a fun, supportive environment. The girls learn important skills and values inherent to the game of golf, such as practice, respect, perseverance, and honesty, which prepares them to meet the challenges of today's world with confidence.
"As a woman-owned business, DocuSource supports organizations that are fostering girls and young women to become the leaders of tomorrow," says Murchison. "Triangle Girls Golf is a great way for them to develop needed business skills and values in a fun environment. We are proud to be a part of this wonderful experience."
DocuSource continues to be a strong ally for women and girls in the Triangle. In addition to its sponsorship of TGG, the company also supports other organizations such as Summit House Raleigh, the Women's Center of Wake County and the Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation.
"The impact DocuSource has had on our organization has been tremendous," says Sandy Moonert, founder and director of Triangle LPGA-USGA Girls Golf. "Their gifts of time, funding and equipment are truly appreciated. Our program would not be quite the same without all of the efforts made by DocuSource."
