WHAT IS THE DOCUSOURCE DASHBOARD?

The DASHBOARD is an enterprise solution for web-to-print production and distribution of technical, training and marketing materials. Users have access to a catalog of documents to place, track and modify orders. In addition to the catalog, users have access to place custom orders of digitally printed materials including reports, presentations, proposals, large format color posters, banners, and other printed materials.

APPLICATIONS

TECHNICAL AND TRAINING MATERIALS

All ordering of technical and training materials can be integrated into the DASHBOARD. When users log in, they will see a folder tree on the left listing each of the product families. Inside of each folder, products are listed by part numbers, and screen captures of each item appear on the right. Users select materials and quantities, and add them to the shopping cart. Once they have completed their order, users enter shipping/delivery information and submit the order. We produce, fulfill and distribute orders directly from our facility in Morrisville.

MARKETING AND SALES COLLATERAL

Marketing slicks, sales aides and presentation materials can be easily integrated into the DASHBOARD. Users have access to place static (non-custom) orders, or have the ability to personalize materials for customers, channel partners and larger healthcare organizations. Personalization of materials provides a much higher ROI, while eliminating waste due to smaller orders. All materials are produced according to your brand guidelines.

OFFICE PRINT AND COPY

Users can create, edit, proof and submit custom print jobs online. Sales presentations, proposals, reports, and other materials can be submitted from any internet connection, allowing users in the field access to the same materials and services as those in office locations.  All materials are produced according to your brand guidelines.

FULFILLMENT AND DISTRIBUTION

All orders are produced and distributed from our 28,000 square foot production facility located in Morrisville. We ship orders worldwide via UPS, FedEx or various freight companies depending on your needs.

ECOMMERCE

The DASHBOARD uses a simple shopping cart feature, similar to Amazon.com, so the user experience is easy and painless. We can integrate pricing into the DASHBOARD, allowing end users to see costs associated with their jobs. We can also accept credit card payment online at checkout.
