Kathy Murchison, President and CEO of DocuSource of NC, LLC, announced that DocuSource has been recertified as a WBE by Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBENC is the nation’s leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America’s corporations and works with representatives of corporations to encourage the utililization and expansion of supplier/vendor diversity programs. To qualify for certification, a business must be at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or Legal Resident Aliens; whose business formation and principal place of business are in the U.S. or its territories; and whose management and daily operation is controlled by one or more of the women owners.
“Our company is excited to have the recertification process behind us and move forward as a WBENC-certified service provider,” said Kathy Murchison, President and CEO. “With this certification, we can partner with companies to help them meet their diversity initiatives.”
