Welcome to DocuSource, a partner of The Data Papers Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, products, and website. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Client” refers to the individual or business purchasing products or services from The Data Papers Group.
• “Products” refer to printed goods or related items produced by us.
• “Services” include design, consultation, and production support provided by us.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance by The Data Papers Group.
• A quote does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted in writing and payment terms are agreed upon.
• Once approved, the client is responsible for ensuring all artwork, spelling, and specifications are correct.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
• Final payment is due on or before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time before an order is confirmed.

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by external couriers, force majeure, or incorrect information supplied by the client.
• Delivery fees may apply unless specified.

5. Proofs & Approvals

• Digital proofs are provided for client approval before production.
• Approval must be confirmed in writing.
• We are not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling, layout) after client approval.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations must be made in writing and may incur charges depending on the stage of production.
• Changes to an order may affect cost and turnaround time.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final unless defective.
• Claims for defects must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
• We may choose to repair, reprint, or refund at our discretion.
• Refunds do not include shipping unless agreed.

8. Intellectual Property

• The client affirms they have the right to use any content (images, logos, text) provided.
• The Data Papers Group is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional use unless the client objects in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Data Papers Group from any claims arising out of content provided by the client or improper use of the products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Pennsylvania.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
